Ultra-Small, Low Input Voltage, Low Ron Load Switches...

A2IC introduces APTUS, a family of very low input voltage and very low rdson intelligent  power switches combined with dynamically programmable output voltages.
APTUS features 2 devices that contain N-channel MOSFETs for an overall operation over an input voltage range of 0.7 V to 3.6 V. Two members are now available APS1001-1 for operation over 0.7V to 2V and APS1001-2 for operation over 2V to 3.75V. An integrated charge pump biases the NMOS switch to achieve a minimum switch ON resistance. The APS1001-1 and APS1001-2 are available in an ultra-small space-saving 6-pin CSP package and in tested wafer form . They are characterized for operation over the free-air temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
